Reservations experience preferred. You must be friendly, able to multi-task, and show grace under
pressure. Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations.

Kitchen Manager

restaurant to build sales and grow the business through a commitment to details, standards.

 

Server
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- High school diploma is a plus but not required
- Maintaining a well-groomed appearance

 

Busser
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist; you’re constantly on the move
Must be at least 18 years old
Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency
Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers
Ability to move throughout the corporate office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling,
bending) for extended periods of time
Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
Maintaining a well-groomed appearance

 

FOH Manager
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
Ability to understand financial reports
Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize
Ability to stand/walk for approximately 8-10 hours per day
Available approximately 50 hours per week; able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and
operate the restaurant effectively, including weekends and closing shifts as needed
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proven track record of exceptional customer service
Must be at least 21 years of age
Minimum of 3 years’ restaurant management experience
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic
Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and
shellfish

 

Line cook
Basic reading, writing (English) and math skills
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
Standing up and moving about the kitchen
Mathematical skills, including basic math, percentages, quantities, and variances are used frequently
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required
by local or state government agency
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Bartender

Have 1+ year Bartender experience

A Bartender will take accurate orders and provide the highest levels of friendly and attentive service
that build the guest's intent to return while ensuring the bar is stocked and cleaned
